Katrina Kaif had been invited for the special coffee with Shammi uncle!

Bollywood3000: Actress Katrina Kaif may be quite a shy person in everyday life, with very few friends in the film industry to call her own. But, she is one lucky girl when it comes to being invited for a special coffee cuppa, with none other than the yahoo star of yester years, Shammi Kapoor.

After having invited Deepika Padukone for a hot cuppa, the veteran star has now invited Katrina Kaif for the evening cup of Coffee!

Reportedly, initially when such reports were out, and Katrina was quizzed about it, she pointedly avoided answering, but now the actress has acknowledged the fact that yes in deed, she had been invited for the special coffee with Shammi uncle.

After news about Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif started doing the rounds, it was the grapevine that was working full time, in coming up with tales of the two bonding real well in real life too. But, both the stars have been denying such reports and Katrina went to the extent to say that it was Salman Khan who has been her guiding light through out.

Well, now we guess its Shammiji’s turn to know the truth, and what better way than to know it at the coffee table?

Mumbai is one city in India that has an entire shoreline facing the sea. The Arabian Sea sprawls its waters on the western shoreline, making that part of the city most in demand.

Thus, there is a great pride in owning an apartment or a home that overlooks the magnificent sea.

Amongst the thousands that might be the lucky and proud owners of these sea facing apartments, many of our bollywood celebrities, are proud owners of such homes, which have a beautiful view of the sea, right from their living rooms, or even balconies ,we guess!

Now, must we mention that amongst the proud owners are Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, cricket legendary sensation Sachin Tendulkar, and the latest to join in on the lucky tribe to own a home facing the sea! Karan, who has just finalized a deal on a sprawling apartment in a 12 story high rise, with the top two floors having his duplex apartment spread, it is in deed the ultimate neighbor’s envy!

Well, all we can do is wait and hope that someday, Karan will decide to shot one of his films in his newly acquired apartment, then we can all get a peek of the view from his home,( of the sea we mean) !

For Sachin Tendukar, he will take the Mangoes, and for Aishwarya, the Guavas!

We’ve heard of public places, parks, auditoriums and even stadiums, or roads and streets named after celebrities and important social figures. But, wonder of wonders, there’s some bit of news, that’s bound to surprise you!

Reportedly, a distinguished man named Haji Kalimullah, The Mango King, of a place in India called Malihabad, who is also a recipient of the Padma Shri, has claimed that he has developed a new breed of Mangoes, which he has named Sachin.

The new variety of mangoes are developed by a unique method of bringing out a cross breed between the Chausa and the Amin Gulal Shah,( This is also a variety developed by the Mango King). Reportedly, the shape of this variety named after the cricket legend, is just as straight as the Dussehri. It has a gentle pointed end and has a left bend. The fruit is a very different variety than the ones already available in our markets.

Not only has that, the Mango King, also developed a variety of Guavas, which he has named Aishwarya. According to sources, this variety of the Guava has a distinct reddish glow to it. That is what made the Mango King; decide to name it after the bollywood beauty Ash.

Now, to put a real tag of honor for all his efforts, Padma Shri Haji Kalimullah has said those when these fruits are ready, and in full bloom, he would personally go and gift them to the celebrities.

For Sachin, he will take the Mangoes, and for Aishwarya, the Guavas .If he would not be able to make it, then he will send his son with the gifts, says he!

Movie Synopsis

Dev falls in love with Ragini, a spunky classical dancer who is as unconventional as him. They get married and he takes up his new post in Lal Maati, a small town in northern India,

Dev knows that the key to bringing order to any place is to vanquish the big fish; in this case – Beera. Bollywood3000 News Updates: Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor left behind a brigade of other celebrities in popularity to top the Bollywood Barometer ranked by eBay India.The Bollywood Barometer judges on the basis of number of celebrity products available for sale on eBay India.

Shah Rukh tops amongst the actors, followed by Akshay Kumar and John Abraham. Kareena tops amongst the actresses, followed by Rani Mukherjee and Aishwarya Rai, according to a statement.

The barometer chose the top 10 actors and actresses from the celebrity-related merchandise of around 50 Bollywood stars.

The range of products listed to judge included movie memorabilia like film magazine covers, DVDs, posters, press booklets, lobby cards, movies and books.
